Hi Tierra, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My name is Tierra McKuhn, and I began my career a little over three years ago with a deep passion for growth, creativity, and making a meaningful impact. I moved to Jacksonville more than five years ago, and since then, I’ve found both a home and a vibrant community that continues to inspire me personally and professionally.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s had its struggles, but overall, it’s been beautiful to watch it grow—connecting with more creative people and seeing Jacksonville continue to develop
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a growing model currently signed with two agencies in New York. While my work keeps me in front of the camera, what drives me most is the opportunity to connect with new people and continuously push my creative boundaries. I’m always exploring new ways to evolve in my craft, whether it’s through collaborating on unique concepts, expanding my range, or staying curious about the ever-changing industry. My commitment to growth and genuine connection is what sets me apart.
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Stepping out of my comfort zone has always involved taking risks, whether I book the job or not. Each experience pushes me to grow, adapt, and discover new ways to improve. It’s through these challenges that I continue to develop both personally and professionally
