Today we’d like to introduce you to Lindsey Parham.
Hi Lindsey, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
While pregnant with our youngest son Hunter, serving tables made it unbearably painful with old back injury. I had delt with it for years on the job, but knew it was time for a change. I spoke to Matt and his words were “You can quit serving, but you will not be sitting on the couch eating bonbons. You need to use this time to better yourself and find a career.” I knew I wanted work that would challenge me, allow me to grow, give my family a better future, and help people. So, I decided to give real estate a try.
The start was harder than I expected. That first year, I was still working two other jobs, barely making it. The turning point came when I joined a brokerage that gave me real tools, training, and guidance. For the first time, I had a clear plan and people in my corner who believed in me. From there, my business took off. I realized the same principle holds true for my clients: the right support and the right resources make all the difference.
As I built my business, Matt stepped up in a big way at home so I could focus on growing my career. All the hard work has paid off in ways I never imagined. What started as a change of pace has turned into a passion—guiding people through pivotal moments and serving the community where I was born and raised. Real estate has also opened doors for my loved ones, forming The Parham Team with my husband and mother-in-law to serve even more people.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Never! Being a mom and wife and a realtor is the biggest hurdle to date. Real Estate is a 24/7 job, and juggling the two is not easy.

Working alongside my family in real estate has been incredible. We are building a business that has a true impact in our community, and we can’t wait to continue growing and finding new ways to serve!
