Hi Gus, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
We’ve came from third world country Indonesia, being here in USA is a privilege, and we are trying to make the best out of it for the opportunities to grow. Owning a restaurant it’s been a long term goal for me and my wife. Learning from our mistakes and keep going keep improving has lead us to be unique and know how to separate ourselves from the other restaurant business. Asking helps is also one of the key. Luckily Karai ramen bistro on the beach has been help us to become who we are today. Grow the networking, build community, work hard and be humble.
We’re thankful God has always been believe in us. Jacksonville is also been really good to us.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
