Today we’d like to introduce you to Antinese Stinson.
Hi Antinese, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
For most of my career, I’ve been an entrepreneur. I started as a licensed esthetician and built my skincare business from the ground up, Eventually expanding into education and business consulting where I help beauty professionals grow profitable businesses. Over the years, I’ve worn a lot of hats, service provider, educator, mentor, and business owner. Each role has taught me something valuable about resilience, leadership, and serving people.
As my businesses grew, I realized I wasn’t just passionate about skincare, I was passionate about helping people transform their lives and invest in themselves. That passion naturally led me to real estate. To me, helping someone find their dream home isn’t all that different from helping someone build confidence or grow a successful business. It’s about listening, solving problems, and guiding people through important life decisions.
Today, I continue to own and operate my businesses while building my career in real estate. I’m excited about this next chapter because it allows me to combine my entrepreneurial experience, my love for people, and my commitment to providing exceptional service. Every step of my journey has prepared me for where I am now, and I’m looking forward to helping my clients achieve their goals, whether that’s building a business, investing in themselves, or finding the perfect place to call home.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I wouldn’t say it’s been a completely smooth road, but I also wouldn’t describe it as hard. Like most entrepreneurs, I’ve experienced setbacks, seasons of uncertainty, and moments where I had to pivot and rethink my approach. Building a business requires patience, consistency, and the willingness to keep learning, even when things don’t go as planned.
Every challenge has taught me something valuable. Whether it was becoming a better business owner, learning to adapt to change, or trusting the process. Those experiences have made me more resilient and have prepared me for this next chapter in real estate.
Looking back, I wouldn’t trade the journey for anything. The lessons I’ve learned and the relationships I’ve built have shaped who I am today, and I’m grateful for every step along the way.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Today, I wear a few different hats. I’m a licensed Realtor, a licensed esthetician, and the owner of multiple businesses centered around beauty, education, and entrepreneurship. For years, I’ve specialized in corrective skincare while also mentoring beauty professionals on how to build profitable, sustainable businesses. More recently, I’ve expanded into real estate, where I help clients navigate one of the biggest investments they’ll ever make.
No matter the industry, my focus has always been the same: helping people make confident, informed decisions that improve their lives.
What I’m most proud of is building businesses that create real impact. Whether it’s helping a client achieve healthier skin, guiding an entrepreneur to grow a thriving business, or helping a family find the perfect home, I love knowing I’ve played a part in someone’s next chapter.
I believe what sets me apart is that I genuinely care about relationships over transactions. I’ve spent years building trust, educating my clients, and creating personalized experiences instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach. As an entrepreneur, I also understand what it takes to build something from the ground up, and that perspective allows me to connect with people on a deeper level. My clients know they’re getting someone who listens, communicates, and is committed to helping them succeed long after the transaction is complete.
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
As someone who moved away for a few years and recently returned, the first thing I’ll say is that I absolutely love this city. Jacksonville has always felt like a big little city to me. It offers the opportunities of a growing metropolitan area while still maintaining a sense of community.
One of the things I love most is the support I’ve always received here. There’s something special about the people and the relationships you build. I also enjoy seeing how much the city has evolved. The growth, new developments, and continued transformation make it an exciting place to live and work.
Of course, like any city, there are always areas that can improve, but there’s honestly nothing I would say I like least. For me, the positives far outweigh any growing pains. I’m proud to call Jacksonville home again and excited to be part of its future.
