Today we’d like to introduce you to Abby Montoya.
Hi Abby, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My company was started in 2020 in Tampa and recently moved to Jacksonville last year! I have always loved baking and went to culinary school to further my career. Every Sunday I sell at Atlantic beach farmers market bringing fresh pastries, cookies and delicious desserts. When I’m not at markets, I’m making custom cakes for the Jacksonville community and hosting cake classes!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
As any business owner knows, it can be very difficult to grow your business especially in this economy. I focus on quality ingredients and making the most delicious products I can! The key is to never give up and believe in yourself and products! You have to find the right customer for you!

Creating Beautiful Cakes, cookies and pastries! What I’m known for is my jumbo cinnamon rolls, pop tarts and oatmeal cream pie bars
What’s next?
My plans for the future are to open my own coffee/ breakfast shop with higher quality ingredients sourced from other small businesses in Jacksonville! I’m currently working on my frozen cookie dough brand which should be launching soon! I will also be having more cake classes coming soon!
