Youssef, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My passion for cooking came from my dad, who was a chef and owned many restaurants. I saw how he made everyone happy by cooking with love and serving authentic foods full of flavor. I now follow in his footsteps here in the heart of Jacksonville!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Starting business is never easy of course. I’d say the biggest challenge was being patient with the process of finding the perfect location for us.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
The consistency that you get from us is what sets us apart from others. We make everything fresh in house daily including hummus, falafel, and our popular spicy jalapeño sauce which goes great with any meal! I’m proud of having a place where people can get an honest meal from honest people.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Most importantly is to always love what you do because if your heart is not in it the results will reflect that.
