Hi Tiffany, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Tiffany Richardson, and I hail from the bustling city of Chicago, Illinois. My journey as a life coach began at a young age, as I always had a strong desire to help others. I remember at the age of 9, looking out my bedroom window and thinking to myself how I wanted to become a psychiatrist. I couldn’t stand the thought of seeing others in pain and wanted to make a difference in their lives. This desire continued into my adulthood, and I finally had the opportunity to fulfill my childhood dream. People have always turned to me for advice and guidance, and in 2020, I decided to take my talents and share them with the world. After experiencing a back injury while working as a caregiver, I had to make a crucial decision: continue on my current path or take a leap of faith and pursue my dreams. I chose the latter and established my life coaching business, Step Into Wholeness. Through my work, I aim to equip individuals with the necessary tools and strategies to overcome life’s trails while also maintaining a strong connection with The Most High. In addition to my coaching, I have written a book titled Enlightened Minds Want to Know, which is available on all platforms. I have also given motivational speeches on the Tedx platform, sharing my own personal experiences and teachings to help others on their journey of self-discovery and empowerment. My desire is to empart passion, determination, and empathy, as I am dedicated to serving humanity and helping individuals become the best versions of themselves.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely has not been a smooth ride, as the challenges have been many from not knowing what steps to as there isn’t a blueprint that you’re able to refer back to on this path as well as building up the confidence to be vulnerable to put yourself in front of people all while maintaining and balancing your professional and personal life.
