Hi Randi, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
With my background in business development and startups, specifically in the diagnostic space, and my husband’s experience in the healthcare operations, finding Any Lab Test Now was an obvious choice as we looked at starting our own business. We knew there was a market for healthcare solutions for uninsured and underinsured people in Jacksonville. We met with the franchise leadership team and agreed to purchase two available territories in Jacksonville. We started with our first location on San Jose Blvd in February 2019 as a new store. in October 2019, the Atlantic Blvd location became available for sell so it was a no brainer to purchase it and complete the market. We opened our third location in North Jacksonville in December 2021, relocating that store to the Murray Hill area in February 2024. We were fortunate to have a pandemic proof business that allowed us to grow our core business while offering Covid testing to the community during the pandemic. We are now scheduled to open our fourth location in Clay County in October 2026. In March 2025, we bought a second brand, ARCpoint Labs, and formed our first dual-branded location on San Jose Blvd. with the Orange Park location and Atlantic Blvd location scheduled to be dual branded stores as well. The integration of the Any Lab Test Now and ARCpoint Labs brands allows us to offer a full service menu of clinical and wellness testing for individuals as well as employer solutions and drug testing for employers.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There have definitely been some challenges along the way. We opened our Mandarin location a year prior to the Covid pandemic and purchased an existing location at the Beaches 3 months prior to the pandemic. We were uncertain how long the pandemic would last and what that would mean for our business. As time progressed, we knew we had to pivot to stay in business. We were getting a lot of calls daily asking for covid testing to return to work or travel so we started offering “healthy testing” for those not ill and symptom free to ensure our customers had a safe place to test to maintain their daily lives. Once we were able to establish protocols, we also offered testing for symptomatic people as well. We continued to maintain the core of our business during that time and were able to continue offering our regular services while meeting the community’s needs for covid testing.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Any Lab Test Now and ARCpoint Labs are two separate brands that operate under a joint venture. We started Any Lab Test Now in Jacksonville in February 2019 and ARCpoint Labs in March 2025. We have 4 locations in the Northeast Florida market (Mandarin, Beaches, Murray Hill and Orange Park (opening October 2026)). Any Lab Test Now is a direct to consumer lab testing facility that allows customers to take control of their own health by ordering their own labs. We do not accept insurance and offer affordable convenient lab testing with upfront pricing so no surprise bills. For the uninsured and underinsured, ALTN is a great place to take care of your health while saving time and money. Most visits are less than 15 minutes. We offer specialty testing that insurance doesn’t usually cover like micronutrient, food sensitivity and allergy testing, gut health/GI Biome and methyl dilation testing. We also offer genetic testing for cancers, Alzheimers and other diseases as well DNA relationship testing. We also offer drug testing for personal, business and school purposes. Student titers and Fighter panels are included in our menu. We offer of 8,000 clinical tests so we can test for just about anything that can be tested.
ARCp0int Labs is an employer solutions-based lab testing facility. We offer drug testing and background checks for employers. We also over DOT drug and alcohol testing as well as driver management, consortium services and compliance management. If a company is looking for support in Human Resources, we can assist with their policies and procedures as well as their drug testing policies. We offer drug and alcohol testing by several sources including urine, hair, nails and blood. ARCpoint Labs has state of the art technology and provides easy to use platforms for our clients to easily access their data, order their testing and get results all in one place. We also offer on-site and after hours testing to provide a safe and efficient means to test employees for reasonable suspicion or random testing. Allowing us to come on-site prevents the transportation of employees to other locations and reduces payroll by eliminating the wait time in other labs.
Our leadership team has over 40 years of experience in diagnostic testing, occupational health services and DOT related testing. We are a locally owned business that provides complete access to our customers so you always have someone to call that will answer the phone and resolve your requests and concerns immediately. We are most proud of the solid foundation we have built with our company from our customers to our team members. We have a very dedicated team of employees that have been with us almost from inception. Our customers appreciate having a vendor partner that they can trust and rely on to take care of their employees. Our non-employer customers also appreciate having a lab that provides confidentiality, convenience and affordability that allows them to get tested, get answers and get treatment through our telehealth program or referral program.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I’m not sure I have any surprises as we operate in a world of full transparency in our business and our home life. My husband and I operate the business together. Lloyd oversees our finance and operations side of the business while my focus is on the sales and marketing side of the business as well as the clinical training. Our careers have perfectly aligned us to own and operate this business with a full knowledge, experience and understanding of all the services we offer. My career covers DOT driver management, Occupation Health services, medical sales, as well as business development and startups in the diagnostic space while Lloyd’s background has been in transportation and logistics, operations, customer service management as well as healthcare IT operations. We found the Any Lab Test Now + ARCpoint Labs brands and knew it was a perfect fit.
