Hi Kazeem, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
10 year Navy Culinary Specialist who was stationed on submarines, who just wanted to help in a different way. I found alot of military and people in general don’t know about real estate. I truly enjoy educating people on these matters, and discussing future options/goals.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
When starting anything new its tough, taking a chance on yourself is not easy, but if you believe it’ll work out and give it time things usually work out. Time management and changing how i handle my funds were difficult at first especially transitoning from the military. Also constantly growing and networking learning from mistakes.

Licensed real estate agent who registered with nefar so my title is realtor. I Specialize with helping active duty and Veterans navigate their future future. I help everyone but ultimately I want to help people from my background since i was there and I don’t want them to make my mistakes.
Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Find someone that is doing it and find a way to help them and in return hopefully you’ll learn something from them. You want one that’s ideally connected or knowledgeable in the field, and its OK to have multiple.
