Hi Hailey, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I was born & raised in New York & always had a thing for meeting & connecting with new people. I’ve been invested into making people feel good and creating change everywhere I go. It’s a lifelong passion of mine. Growing up, I struggled with self image. I also battled terrible acne which made those feelings towards myself worse. When I moved to Florida I had just graduated highschool 2 days prior. I took advantage of my opportunities here and got plenty of sun, and went in the ocean any chance I could take. I also started eating better and helping myself more. After Covid, I decided to take a leap of faith and sign up for esthetician school. I’ve always loved the beauty field & I really wanted to be apart of the industry. So I saved up and went for it. I was all in. Once I finished school, I knew I wanted to embark upon my own journey. I wanted to create a space where people could come in, feel comfortable, relax, and better themselves. And that’s just what I did. At 22 years young, I am the proud business owner of
Silver Lining Skin Revival.
When you truly love what you do, you’ll never “work” a day in your life.
I’ve loved every second of it so far, and I enjoy meeting new people & giving them a safe space to feel seen, and enhance their goals😁

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Is it ever a smooth road? Life is hard! Especially in your 20s. Coming of age, overcoming milestones and trying to accomplish all of your goals at once, while being told “enjoy your 20s it’s the best time of your life” is challenging. I’d say the biggest struggles were definitely pushing myself.
Having faith in myself while also fearing for the future were two of the hardest parts during the process of starting up my own business. I had to just say “go for it because why not”. Life is hard, but it’s also short.
I don’t want to grow up and feel the feeling of regret. Tomorrow isn’t promised, so do the things that you love, and spread kindness along the way.

As you know, we’re big fans of Silver Lining Skin Revival . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
My business is Silver Lining Skin Revival.
I am a licensed esthetician who likes to specialize in anything I can.
I offer Facials, both curated (custom), and targeted facials. I also offer lash and brow services such as lash lifting and tinting, brow lamination and tinting, along with brow waxing. Speaking of waxing, I offer body & facial wax services as well.
I would say I’m known for my care towards my clients & services I offer. I’m here to listen if they need, and help them build confidence along the way.
I get a lot of mothers who rarely do special things for themselves. They go months-years without any real self care. Being a mom is a job in itself. Mothers deserve their time to be themselves, and to always feel the most beautiful.
I am most proud of the dedication & heart that I’ve put into my brand.

I don’t believe in good luck or bad luck.
I believe that you make your own luck.
This business would have never happened if I didn’t believe in myself/ had the support of others who believed in me.
Working hard pays off in every way.
Trusting yourself and having faith always leads you to flourish.
Having fun and loving the things you do sometimes takes time to find, but patience and determination will help you get there.
