At 26, I was hospitalized with Crohn’s disease. It was a turning point that forced me to look beyond conventional medicine and begin exploring how energy, emotion, and cellular communication shape our health. Through acupuncture and holistic medicine, I not only healed but discovered a new way of seeing the body—as a living, intelligent network of energy and information.
That realization became the foundation of my 38-year career in energy medicine and functional skincare. I launched multiple integrative health clinics, trained with world-renowned teachers, and developed tools and formulas that help people reconnect with their body’s natural intelligence.
Tru Energy® was born from that mission. I wanted to create skincare that does more than sit on the surface—formulas and tools that are Energy Optimized® to restore vitality where it begins: within the cells. It’s a system designed to bring the face, fascia, and lymphatic network back into communication, so skin can lift, tone, and glow naturally again.
Today, I teach women that beauty isn’t something you chase—it’s something you restore by reconnecting to your own energy. My work now focuses on helping people understand that the future of beauty and wellness isn’t about fighting age—it’s about aligning with nature, expression, and energy.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all—it’s been anything but smooth. Healing and creating from experience means walking through your own fire first. When I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease at 26, I was told there was no cure. That fear became my turning point. I rebuilt my health from the inside out and discovered how energy, frequency, and emotion shape the body’s ability to repair.
Later, when I developed Tru Energy®, I ran into a different kind of resistance. For nine years, I heard, “It’s too good to be true.” Three marketing companies shelved my brand—each for more than a year—because they didn’t understand how to position something so ahead of its time. It was frustrating to watch something I knew worked be misunderstood simply because it didn’t fit the industry’s old narrative.
But I’ve learned that disruption always meets resistance before acceptance. Every delay strengthened my resolve and clarified my mission. The same way I once had to restore communication within my own body, I had to restore my faith in timing and purpose. Today, I see those setbacks as part of the evolution that helped Tru Energy® become what it is—a movement toward Energy Optimized® living and natural beauty that’s finally being understood.

I’m an Acupuncture Physician and founder of Tru Energy® Skincare — the Energy Optimized® system that merges energy medicine, functional skincare, and facial expression science to restore the body’s natural communication pathways.
For nearly four decades, I’ve specialized in helping people reconnect to their body’s innate intelligence through energy, frequency, and fascia repair. My background in acupuncture and biophoton research led me to develop skincare formulas and tools that don’t just treat symptoms on the surface — they re-educate the skin and the underlying energetic system to lift, tone, and rejuvenate naturally.

What sets me apart is that my work bridges science and subtle energy. My mission is to redefine beauty as energy-aligned, expressive, and alive — because when your energy flows, your face tells the truth of your health, not your years.

What matters most to me is truth — the kind that exists in nature, in energy, and in the human body. We live in a culture that often teaches us to fight or fix ourselves, especially as we age. But everything I’ve learned through healing, science, and energy medicine points to the same truth: the body already knows how to repair when it’s supported, not suppressed.
That’s why my work is about reconnection — restoring the dialogue between energy, fascia, and emotion so the body can do what it’s designed to do. I care deeply about helping people see aging not as decline, but as evolution — a return to wisdom, authenticity, and self-expression.
What matters most isn’t chasing perfection; it’s living in resonance with who you really are. When your energy is aligned and your expression is free, you don’t just look better — you become more of yourself. That’s the kind of beauty and health I want to bring forward in the world.
What’s next for me is continuing to evolve the Tru Energy® line and expand the movement toward Energy Optimized® living. My goal is to help people understand that skincare can be more than topical — it can be transformative when it reconnects the body’s natural intelligence.
