Our Founder Lisa Dallaire opened in our first location in the historic district of St.Augustine in 2018, prior was her establishment The Chocolate Turtle! Our new location is in Hastings, Florida. This location is operated by Brooke Williams & Sarah Boger, together they have over 2 decades of experience in baking and pastry!
As we expand and rebrand we hope to share our knowledge in dessert classes, and become a part of our new community by sharing our decorating classes, desserts, custom cakes, and weddings! Looking forward to making your special occasion just a little sweeter!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
As our founder Lisa Dallaire is wishing to settle down from her busy schedule, we wanted to keep the name alive! We knew being in such a newly established business in a new place would be difficult but we were up for the challenge, we fell in love with Hastings Main Street & the vision of what it could be! Rebranding & not being open daily has been a huge adjustment but we are grateful to grow in our new town and can’t wait for the opportunities that await us!

We are a bakery that loves teaching people how to do what we enjoy doing everyday & it’s not as scary as it seems! We teach decorating classes in our space as well as private events based on learning how to decorate your preferred desserts! From Cakes to Sugar cookies, Cupcakes to focaccia breads, we want you to leave here feeling confident and with a sweet treat you are proud of creating! We specialize in creating custom cakes and wedding cakes, we love making someones special day just a little sweeter! We offer vegan and gluten-free options as well because we think everyone deserve to indulge in the sweetness!

We wouldn’t be a business without our fearless leader Lisa, she allowed us to rebrand her bakery baby into something we are so proud of! She let us create the build out for our new space exactly as we envisioned without any wavier, she has been our greatest support system while rebuilding our brand in a new community!
