Life & Work with Quartz FreeWater of Jacksonville, FL

Today we’d like to introduce you to Quartz FreeWater.

Hi Quartz, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My personal journey began when I decided to give up all my possessions, leave Atlanta and start traveling out of my backpack. I stumbled upon the Appalachian trail where I met what they call trail angels who showed me how to survive in harsh conditions along with there actually are good people in the world if we can just radiate the frequency to find them. After going to Maine and hitchhiking across to California I knew I wanted to share this frequency with others so I began making music with the influences I had from Atlanta now filled with the lessons and stories from my adventures.

I now travel in my renovated bus performing with my family inspiring people to break free from their fears and follow their dreams.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Of course not. From getting stuck in North Dakota sleeping under bridges in a snow storm, being scammed out of performances, or being rejected because my music didn’t fit the mainstream. I am grateful for what the lessons have taught me and reflect on why I chose to make music to relate with those on a similar path.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am known for Tarot readings and being a master healer more than anything. I started out as a videographer in Atlanta and even got into concert staging before I began my journey. I chose to go into music and film photography because some adventures you can’t film everything and still needed to be shared because I may not even believe them unless they were captured.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Belief in self and in spirit. It’s 50/50 with that combination you can do anything . Keep moving forward and never give up on your vision.
