Patchara, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Our four founders have spent many years working in the restaurant industry, and through that journey, we were inspired to share our flavors and culinary stories with others. We want people to experience how ingredients, culture, and flavors can come together to create meaningful memories while traveling in Thailand. For us, this restaurant is more than just a place to enjoy food. We hope it becomes a warm and welcoming community where people can connect, share experiences, and feel at home — just like part of our family. We believe that great food does more than satisfy hunger; it brings people together and creates lasting memories.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Everything feels much smoother now, but if we look back three months ago, the journey was full of challenges and rough roads. As new restaurant business owners, every day brought new missions and new skills that we had to learn along the way. One of the biggest challenges was relocating from Destin, Florida. Since we were unfamiliar with the area and the local community here, we had to work incredibly hard, doing a lot of research and preparation to build and run our business successfully. Despite all the challenges, those experiences have helped us grow stronger and more passionate about what we are creating.

We are so proud of our team. We have a huge passion for sharing our flavors with everyone and creating a small community where people can share their special moments. Every dish we serve is filled with our passion and our story. We’re here for you 7 days a week
