Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Brittany Czarnecki of Trenton, Fl

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Brittany Czarnecki. Check out our conversation below.

Hi Brittany, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: Would YOU hire you? Why or why not?
This is such a double edge sword! However, self-reflection is extremely important. I think my strengths outweigh my weaknesses. While I am not the most organized person in the office, I make up for my lack of “desk work enthusiasm” with the connections I form with all of my clients and the passion to always keep learning and offering the best services. I am also a team player who never needs to be asked to get things done. I would absolutely hire myself.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am Brittany Czarnecki owner of CZAR Microblading located in Trenton, Florida. I am a cosmetic tattoo artist/cosmetologist and focus mainly on permanent brow and lip services. I do offer non-permanent services also, such as brow lamination/tinting and facial waxing. At the moment, my focus is always staying up to date in current trainings for brows and lips and making sure that I am always giving the best to each and every person that walks through my door. I pride myself on the connections I am able to make with all of my clients and provide a comfortable atmosphere. I want you to feel like we have known each other for years!

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
This question is great, and very easy for me! My husband, Aaron. Since the day we met he believed in me. We have been together for 15 years now and I don’t ever remember a day where he didn’t support me, encourage me, love me and help me grow into the person that I am today. When we first met, I was from a small town, I was extremely scared of doing new things or even doing something on my own. He always pushed me to get out of my comfort zone. He has always told me I can do anything! I would not have stepped out of my little box if it were not for him. He seen the potential and encouraged me every step of the way.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Where do I start? Suffering has humbled me and reminded me to be thankful for every day. We all have suffered in some way. I think what you do and who you learn from that is up to you. I choose to grow. Suffering is what keeps us human, and it can also connect us. Relating it to my business, I think being open about my struggles makes me form bonds with my clients. It’s nice to know you’re not alone and someone else can relate. I’m not just someone who exists to do your service. I also have pain and struggles. I’m more than willing to be open and honest about how imperfect I am.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I think the biggest thing I focus on is always donating/giving back. Even if you can’t donate money, you can just be a good person help someone out when you see they need some assistance. I struggle a lot with the idea of “Am I doing enough? Am I giving enough?”. I think, especially now with how the world is filled with so much hate, we all need to start doing more acts of love and kindness for each other. I have two boys and I’m trying to raise them to help and be kind. My youngest loves to ask people if he can open their door for them or he will help them carry out their groceries from the store. I love seeing how excited he is to help. This is honestly the biggest thing I focus on.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What light inside you have you been dimming?
Honestly, doing social media. I’ve been trying to reignite that fire, but I am just a human. I feel burnt out on social media.
