Inspiring Conversations with Joann Marchese of Infinite Mindset Coaching

Today we’d like to introduce you to Joann Marchese.

Hi Joann, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My path really began with heartbreak. After finding the courage to leave a toxic marriage, I was given the gift of meeting my second husband, Jack. Our love was instant and undeniable — we married with so much hope for our future. But just one month later, he was diagnosed with cancer, and four months later, he was gone.

I experienced that loss in ways I never could have imagined. It wasn’t just grief — it was a complete unraveling of everything I thought life was. And yet, in the middle of that devastation, I realized something profound: the way I was experiencing it was shaped by my beliefs. Through Jack’s love, I was able to stay open to the experience instead of shutting down, and that openness led me to a deeper truth — that our beliefs create our reality, and even in the darkest moments, peace is possible.

From that realization, I founded Infinite Mindset Coaching and created Quantum Reprogramming™, a process that helps people release trauma, rewire subconscious beliefs, and reclaim their power. My book, The Game of Remembrance, was born from this journey — it’s a guide to understanding life as a kind of soul-designed game, one where you have the power to reprogram the rules and take back the controller.

It weaves science, psychology, and spirituality with lived experience, not just to offer “self-help,” but to expand how we see reality itself — as something we are actively creating through our beliefs. It’s part manual, part mirror, and part invitation into remembrance.

Because of this work, I’ve not only been able to heal, but also create a life I never thought was possible — one rooted in peace, purpose, and love.

Today, I see my purpose as helping others find freedom: not by escaping their life, but by shifting the beliefs that shape it.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has been like riding a wave — unpredictable, powerful, and at times overwhelming. In the span of one year, I went from being newly in love, to a wife, to a caregiver, and then to a widow. The speed of those changes shattered everything I thought I knew about life and about myself.

The struggles were many. The grief was unlike anything I had ever experienced — so deep it reshaped me from the inside out. I struggled with my own mind, clearing out the old programming and beliefs that kept me stuck in suffering. I struggled with the question of whether I would ever move past this loss, or if life would always feel broken without Jack. And maybe the hardest struggle of all was choosing to keep my heart open, when closing it would have been easier.

My healing began when I realized I had to love myself with the same depth that I had loved Jack. I had given him everything — my devotion, my care, my presence, my whole heart. To truly heal, I had to turn that same depth of love inward. Only then could I open myself to love again and live the kind of life I knew he wanted for me.

In many ways, my healing became a way for Jack to live through me, to carry his love forward into everything I do. What I’ve learned is that healing isn’t about erasing grief. It’s about riding its waves, showing yourself love and grace, and allowing every tear, every crack, every crash of the wave to transform you. My road has not been smooth, but it has been sacred. And everything I share today in my work is born from that sacred road of loss, struggle, and remembrance.

We’ve been impressed with Infinite Mindset Coaching, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Infinite Mindset Coaching was born out of my own healing journey, and at its heart, it’s about helping people free their minds and elevate their lives. What sets me apart is my signature method, Quantum Reprogramming™ — a transformational process I created to heal at the deepest level. Unlike traditional approaches that take years of talking through the past, Quantum Reprogramming™ works directly with the subconscious mind and energy field to release trauma, rewire limiting beliefs, and reclaim the power to rise above old patterns and step into possibility — often in just a few sessions.

This work is special because it blends everything I’ve lived and studied: subconscious reprogramming, mindset coaching, and energy healing. When these elements come together, the changes aren’t just mental — they ripple through mind, body, and soul. Clients don’t just “understand” their healing; they feel it in their daily lives, in the way they think, respond, and step into possibility.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud that Infinite Mindset Coaching offers more than coaching — it offers tools for remembrance. Alongside my sessions, I’ve created resources like my book The Game of Remembrance and The Yin-Yang Harmony Journal, which is a guided journal that comes in different designs. These tools are designed to help people shift from the inside out, whether they’re just beginning their healing or ready to deepen it.

What I want readers to know is this: Infinite Mindset Coaching isn’t about fixing you — it’s about freeing you. You already hold the power to change your reality, and Quantum Reprogramming™ is the key that helps unlock it. My mission is to help people free their minds and elevate their lives, so they can reclaim peace, purpose, and possibility — starting now.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Something surprising that most people don’t know about me is how much art has been a part of my healing. During some of the hardest parts of my journey, I turned to painting and creative expression as a way to move emotions that words couldn’t always reach. Art became a form of release, reflection, and even connection to something greater than myself.

My tattoos also carry a special role in my story. They’re not just ink — they’re sacred reminders etched on my skin. Each one represents a chapter of my life or a truth I’ve chosen to carry forward. Some honor transformation, like my phoenix, and others honor loved ones. One of the most meaningful for me is the eagle I wear for my husband Jack, a symbol of his spirit and the way his love continues to guide me from above. Together, my tattoos have become a living tapestry of remembrance and resilience.

It often surprises people when they realize my art and tattoos aren’t separate from who I am as a coach and author. They’re woven into my journey — reminders that healing isn’t only about what we think or say, but also about what we create, embody, and choose to carry with us.
