Today we’d like to introduce you to DAVID CORBITT.

Hi DAVID, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Well my Real state journey started a little while back. I was like everybody struggling to make ends while watching other people excel. Then I talk to a guy who had a different theory on Real Estate. He has the consumer and mine not the realtor. So he started a company One Percent list. In Louisiana. He said he was interested in franchising out and I was one of the earlier franchisees so now we list houses for One Percent listing fee since then we also have started to excel and have more fun Selling Real Estate.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The four years I’ve been with One Percent list first Coast. Our biggest struggle has been getting people to know that we’re out there. That there’s a different way of selling real estate that you don’t have to pay 20 or 30 $40,000 to get your house sold.

We list houses for a 1% listing fee
