Today we’d like to introduce you to Cheyenne Nichols.
Hi Cheyenne, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started in the wedding industry in 2016 when I changed my major at UF to event management and began an internship with Masterpiece Weddings. During my internship, I fell in love with the industry. Over time, I worked as the assistant manager at French Novelty, the wedding registry specialist at Dillard’s, and the Wedding and Events assistant at Oyster Bay Yacht Club, which turned into a manager role at the company. After the pandemic, I searched a lot of souls to figure out what the next steps in my career might be. My dream was to own a wedding planning business, but God had slightly other plans for me. A mentor of mine was selling Beauty Within Bridal and asked me if I would be interested in purchasing the company. After a year, the stars finally aligned, and we devised a plan for me to purchase Beauty Within and launch my own wedding planning company as a sister brand. It has now been 1 year since I became the owner of Beauty Within Bridal and 8 months since I launched Within Wedding: Planning & Design. To say I am blessed is an understatement. I am truly living my dream and cannot thank my amazing support system for always helping me and having my back.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a smooth road?
There is never a smooth road while owning your own business. The first few months of taking over the business included learning the ropes of just how to run the behind-the-scenes logistics of the business. Meeting with tax professionals, learning QuickBooks, and constantly finding out new tasks necessary to take over a business, such as putting out an ad in the paper, etc., were just a few things that took some learning and adjusting. Learning a new life-work balance was one of my biggest struggles, but finally, being able to put myself on a schedule and truly sticking to it has been a huge help to my business and personal life.

Beauty Within Bridal is the only bridal boutique in Nassau County. When you walk into our boutique, we turn the focus on our brides by offering private appointments only with champagne & cupcakes! We strive to help brides feel beautiful, loved, and enjoy this experience. Weddings can be stressful, and we do everything in our power to create a stress-free environment full of laughs and fun! We understand brides have different budgets, and weddings can cost a pretty penny. Therefore, we strive to bring in designers that are affordable yet of incredible quality.
Within Weddings is the sister brand to Beauty Within Bridal that offers wedding planning services! Although we offer discounts to our brides who shop at Beauty Within and hire Within Weddings, we still work with clients who might not have purchased their dress from our sister brand. Our goal is to give our couples an incredible planning experience and to make this entire process as enjoyable as possible.
From “Yes!” to “I do!” we strive for our brides to feel relaxed and calm, knowing they have an extraordinary team behind them every step!
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Our team’s love for love and people drive us to be successful! We feel honored being a part of a bride’s wedding day when they hire us for wedding planning. We know how important a wedding day is, and having our couples’ trust means the world to us. The look on a bride’s face when they try on “THE DRESS” is one we will never get tired of. It gives us goosebumps every time. The wedding industry is fast-paced and stressful, but it is the most rewarding, and when you are passionate about people and love, going to work does not feel like work!
