Hi Kelly, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Experiencing personally the impact of: Parents divorcing, Negative Blended Family experiences, Unhealthy Religious Information and/or practices, Stressful work careers, and Unmanaged Emotional intelligence leading to unhealthy abusive, toxic, broken relationships helped me identify my purpose and passion to be a Certified Life Coach àka Consultant.
Not only did my personal life experiences prepare me to be a impactful life coach today, but also having over 10 years of experiences working in social services, case management, medical and mental health fields, and in Substance Abuse and Addiction.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It was not a smooth road at all due to personally having to deal with challenges of limited positive support, and constant negative emotional, mental, and verbal abuse, which in return caused me to lack self-confidence and self-esteem causing me to make a lot of unhealthy decisions in every area of my life.
Infact in one period of my Life I was so terrible at managing stress and not setting boundaries related to work and in one of my relationships, I got physically sick and almost died being diagnosed with a medical condition requiring a blood transfusion.

You should know that I was raised in a military family and have been in Florida since 1991, graduated from Orange Park High School, Bethune-Cookman College and Walden University. I Love helping people getting Liberated obtained awesome life goals.
This is a Life Coach/Consultant Business that can help people in the areas of Spiritual, Professional, Sobriety related to Addiction, Trauma Informed Care, Relationship Challenges, Facilitate Relationship Group Workshops, Relationship and Divorce Recovery, Boundary Self-Care goals, and Empowerment Goals.
I’m known for relating, connecting, and communicating well with people. I provide a safe and confidential space for people to keep it real and open up about things they want to work on achieve in a period of time.
I believe what sets me apart from other Life Coaches/Consultant is personally and spiritually walking through several good and bad life experiences allowing me to be more relatable and honest with each individual . It’s like that saying “It Takes One to Know One”….Lollll
I’m proud of my Brand being Authentic with a personal touch to it. It was birth from a Beautiful Soul who kept getting mistreated, dogged out, neglected, abused, overlooked, and other horrible things until through her Spirituality, the Holy Spirit spoke to her and said “No Matter What, You Still Matter Beautiful Soul!”
