Bach Me started when I took on the role of maid of honor for my sister’s wedding. In planning the bachelorette trip, I researched and organized seven different locations before my sister finally chose the perfect destination. After managing the entire process multiple times, I realized this was something I could offer to others, turning my passion for creating unforgettable experiences into a business—and that’s how Bach Me was born. With a great support system, it’s continued to grow and adapt to where it is now.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road! In the beginning, I was juggling so many hats—trying to plan these amazing trips while also figuring out how to run a business. I had to learn a lot about marketing, budgeting, and all the behind-the-scenes stuff that no one sees. Building trust in myself and my capabilities was another challenge. I remember feeling nervous at first, hoping that clients would love the work I did for them. There were times when things didn’t go as planned, like last-minute changes, balloons popping, and decor not looking how I had envisioned, which were really stressful. But honestly, every struggle has been a learning experience, and it’s made me better at what I do. I’ve become more organized, and I can now handle unexpected hurdles with way more confidence.

We’re proud of the growth we’ve achieved, including our expanding team across the U.S. and Canada and our plans to reach even more regions. However, the true measure of our success goes beyond numbers.
Seeing our brides and their parties delighted and satisfied is priceless. When we receive positive feedback and see the joy on our clients’ faces, it validates all the hard work and dedication we put into each event. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that we’ve played a part in making their special occasions memorable and stress-free. This personal satisfaction, combined with our growth and the positive impact we have on more clients, is the ultimate definition of success for us.
