Hi Georgia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Hi, I’m Georgia! Originally from the Midwest, I am all too familiar with gray winter days, so I have fully embraced the beauty of Coastal North Carolina and consider myself a full-on Southern Gal now!
I moved to this area with my husband for you guessed it… the Marine Corps! There are so many gems around this area and my ideal day is spent on the Intracoastal Waterway or the beach.
One of my passions is my real estate business and making the home buying/ selling process seamless and dare I say… enjoyable!
I am extremely grateful to have helped 26 families buy or sell real estate around Camp Lejeune in 2021. My motto in my business and life is to BLOOM WHERE I AM PLANTED, and helping families with their real estate needs makes me feel like I am living to align with my values.
My coach and mentor often remind me to come from contribution and guide my clients with a servant’s heart throughout the process. I think it makes all the difference. When I am not showing homes and running comps, you might find me on Topsail with my Sheepadoodle, Stevie Licks, and my husband, Isaac!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Real estate is not all sunshine and rainbows.
The current market and lack of inventory is unprecedented. As an agent, if you are not closing deals, you are not getting paid. Ups and downs are inevitable. I have colleagues in place to help me keep my head on straight. Accountability is key.
Take everything with a grain of salt and keep going.

My husband, Isaac, and I are a team. Whether he is helping make my life easier while I am running from one part of town to the next or I am keeping the boat afloat at home while he is deployed, we are in this together.
