The shift from Chief Operations Officer to launching RGKC Consulting was really born out of necessity. During my time leading multiple business operations, I consistently ran into challenges finding reliable, knowledgeable bookkeeping support—whether in-house or outsourced. It became clear that there was a real gap in the market for financial services that truly understood the operational and strategic needs of growing businesses, including the franchise space.
That pain point stuck with me, and I realized I could fill that gap by creating a firm that not only handles the numbers but also brings a leadership lens to financial management.
That’s how RGKC Consulting was born!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s been a fascinating journey so far, filled with opportunities to learn and grow. I’m naturally curious, so diving into new industries and working with entrepreneurs who have unique needs is exciting. Every set of books feels like solving a puzzle—each piece matters, and when everything fits, the big picture becomes clear.
I collaborate with a strong network of experienced bookkeeping experts and CPAs, ensuring clients receive accurate and strategic guidance whenever needed. My resourcefulness helps me find solutions quickly, even when challenges arise.
Above all, trust and the relationship are number one. I believe in working with clients who value partnership—I choose my clients, and they choose me. That mutual trust is the foundation for success.
The biggest challenge? Not knowing what I don’t know—until I dig into the books. But that’s what keeps me engaged and always learning. Each challenge becomes an opportunity to improve processes and deliver clarity and confidence to my clients.

Life and business aren’t always smooth sailing. I’ve learned so much from adversity—both in business and in life. Resilience and patience don’t come easily to me, but every challenge has taught me something valuable.
The truth is, success hasn’t been about luck—it’s been about decisions and choices, and how I navigate them with intention.
Along the way, I’ve faced losses, hurdles, “no’s,” and even challenging people, and each experience has shaped me. They’ve taught me resourcefulness, sharpened my problem-solving skills, and reinforced the importance of trust and relationships.
When obstacles arise, I treat them like puzzles—leaning into curiosity and collaboration to find the right solution. That mindset has opened doors and built partnerships with clients who value clarity and confidence as much as I do.
