Hi Arrisa , so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always been an ambitious entrepreneur. I’ve never liked the words “NO” or “CAN’T.”
Throughout my life, I’ve explored different career paths, faced hiccups, pivoted, failed, learned, and tried again. People have called me a serial entrepreneur… but I call myself a serial ministry leader.
Because for me, it has always been about SERVITUDE.
I love watching the trajectory of someone’s life change. I love nurturing, pouring, educating, mentoring, and helping people discover gifts inside of themselves that they may have forgotten existed.
For years, people told me, “Arrisa, just pick ONE thing and perfect it.”
But God blessed me with so many gifts and talents that I felt compelled to share them with the world. I refused to let people define who I should be or place limitations on what God put inside of me.
Life isn’t a movie. You don’t get unlimited takes.
You get ONE life to DO YOUR BIG ONE.
My rule has become simple: I do what is right in God’s eyes first… and then I pursue what brings purpose, peace, and happiness into my life.
I finally understand my assignment.
My purpose is to NURTURE. POUR. EDUCATE. TRAIN. COACH. SERVE.
And somewhere along this journey, I found my true love…
REAL ESTATE. 🏡
I’m a coach at heart. I believe in generational wealth. I believe in divine alignment. I believe in helping others birth their purpose and create opportunities that can change their family’s trajectory.
Here’s part of my truth…
I failed the real estate exam several times.
Not because I couldn’t pass it.
I simply didn’t prepare myself. I didn’t study the way I should have. I wasn’t pouring back into ME. I didn’t take the assignment seriously.
But when the SHIFT happened… everything changed.
Real estate became more than a career for me.
REAL ESTATE SAVED MY LIFE.
There was a season when depression took me to a very dark place. I lost my desire to live. I lost my fight. I lost my UPPPHHH.
Then God began aligning me with people who reminded me how to fight, push, show up, serve, and LOVE again.
We formed a team.
I have small, dedicated, driven, professional team under eXp Realty that’s called Team Divine Alignment . Make sure people are aligned with your purpose and destiny.
But they’re more than a team.
THEY’RE FAMILY. ❤️
They gave me my UPPPHHH back.
And now?
I’m preparing to branch out even further.
I’m going to TEACH MORE.
TRAIN MORE.
COACH MORE.
POUR MORE.
SERVE MORE.
And one day, I’ll proudly assume the title of BROKER IN CHARGE.

I was also battling myself. I struggled with self-sabotage, convincing myself I didn’t deserve the best. My mental health became a major challenge as I dealt with severe functional depression for over 30 years.

How do you define success?
I define SUCCESS differently…
Success is when you simply SHOW UP.
You showed up because you made a commitment to be CONSISTENT with YOURSELF.
You showed up because somewhere deep inside, even when life got hard, even when you were tired, even when you were running on empty…
YOU STILL BELIEVED IN YOU.
You didn’t wait for applause.
You didn’t wait for validation.
You didn’t wait for everyone else to understand the vision God gave YOU.
YOU JUST KEPT SHOWING UP.
And because you kept showing up…
You are now a WALKING TESTIMONY. 🙌🏾
Your consistency is the evidence.
Your scars are the receipts.
Your growth is the proof.
YOU ARE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU REFUSE TO GIVE UP ON YOURSELF.
