Exploring Life & Business with Trei Walton of Alpha Instinct Fitness Network

Today we’d like to introduce you to Trei Walton.

Hi Trei, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I grew up a coaches kid and played football myself. I graduated from college and started a career in scouting for the NFL. I learned a lot about corporate culture during those years. After my first full season of working for the 49ers my contract was up and I decided to switch career fields into becoming a wellness coach. I began my own personal training to become competitive in my new field. I eventually started Alpha Instinct Fitness Network – our wellness company.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No
You need to be okay with sudden changes. Being adaptable, focused, persistent helped me make it through hard times. I’ve had financial set backs from bad investments, all the way to health complications around my heart.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Alpha Instinct Fitness Network?

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
