Today we’d like to introduce you to Marlon Hall.
Hi Marlon, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
My entire professional career has been in the service industry. I’ve held positions ranging from the often thankless and unseen dishwasher and busboy to the celebrated bartender and management teams. In April 2020, I left a corporate general manager job due to Covid-19 and decided to venture out and start my own business as a real estate agent. I passed the Florida Real Estate exam on my first try in August 2020 and haven’t looked back since.
I still love bartending and will forever be drawn to the craft. I can’t see myself ever giving it up completely. It’s part of the fabric of who I am.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road has not been smooth, but it has been rewarding. Through no fault of my own, I lost a stable job, entered a field I knew nothing about, started my own business, and all during a global pandemic. The health and social landscape was changing, and uncertainty was certain.
I set goals, keep an eye on my dashboard, and make adjustments when necessary.

Through the Belle Epoque Realty Brokerage, I am a licensed real estate sales professional. My goal is to provide valuable real estate information. Here’s the information. Use it however you like. Hopefully, as a result of consistent valuable information, we find it mutually beneficial and move on to me representing a transaction for you.
What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I was an entertaining kid. Hamming it up for whoever would listen. I am still outgoing and have continued to enjoy learning, though I didn’t appreciate its power until later in life. Knowledge allows you to take advantage of opportunities when they present themselves.
