Today we’d like to introduce you to Luberta Trammell
Hi Luberta, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I Grew up in Youngstown,Ohio raised by my single Mother named Mary whom taught me how to cook without a recipe book. My Mommy worked at General Motors for almost 20 years, Then she decided to sell her job and open a restaurant that is where I learned to cook everything. I learned to perfectly fry chicken, homemade fry’s and BBQ sauce everything. My Mom’s restaurant later became the gateway to my husband and I opening up several restaurants cooking is truly a passion that I will never let go.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Having your own business is a struggle within itself but I have learned that all mistakes and struggles leads to other opportunities
