Hi Kimberly, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My story started when I was purchasing my own home and found out from the listing agent that my realtor I was using license was inactive. It was a moment that forced me to pause and reflect, but it also pushed me to step fully into my purpose. Once all my children graduated school I committed myself to the journey of becoming licensed and stayed consistent even when things felt uncertain. Over time, I grew into an awesome agent, earned my broker’s license, and built a foundation for long-term success. Today, I’m focused on growth, impact, and helping others create opportunities through real estate.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. There were financial challenges early on, moments of self-doubt, and a steep learning curve in an industry that demands both resilience and consistency. It forced me to take a hard look at my commitment. Beyond that, building stability without a safety net and navigating an ever-changing market pushed me to grow quickly. Each obstacle ultimately strengthened my discipline and sharpened my approach to the business.

My business is rooted in strategy, service, and results. I specialize in residential and commercial real estate, working with buyers, sellers, and investors to navigate the market with clarity and confidence while positioning them for long-term success. In addition to sales, I also offer property management services, allowing clients to not only acquire assets but effectively maintain and grow them over time. I’m known for my hands-on approach, strong market knowledge, and ability to simplify complex transactions.

What truly sets me apart is the intention behind my brand, EverRise. To me, EverRise represents continuous growth, elevation, and resilience—the belief that no matter where you start, there’s always another level to reach. I bring that mindset into everything I do. That philosophy carries into how I serve my clients.
