After spending her entire career in the nonprofit sector, she made the transition to real estate in 2022, inspired by her father’s firsthand example of how real estate can create lasting financial stability. Briana has helped over 75 families buy or sell real estate throughout Florida since her start.
As a skilled negotiator and market expert, Briana combines her heart for service with a strategic approach to real estate, ensuring her clients make informed and empowered decisions. Beyond real estate, Briana is a devoted wife to Travis and a proud mom to her daughter, Maya. She understands the importance of building a strong foundation—both at home and in business—and strives to help others do the same.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It was certainly not smooth. Real Estate is hard. It’s not the glitz and glam that you see on television. It takes grit, sacrificing your time, tough skin, the ability to navigate tough situations and requires you to be a good listener. I’ve learned where you start matters. When choosing a brokerage, it’s important to pick a place that pours specifically into you and your business. Many will say they do, but they can’t because of their own capacity. My first brokerage was tough. They throw you in like lions in a pit and you’re trying to beat the next one to get a meal – a closing. Let’s just say it didn’t work out and I’ll never forget learning that broker said “she won’t be successful without me” – boy was he wrong and that exact situation motivated me even more.
