Hi Amanda, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I noticed there was a great need for notary services after normal business hours, weekends as well as holidays. I thought to myself and asked God if I should pursue the opportunity to become a notary. As a result, I became a licensed/insured notary public and then started advertising that I was available for notary services. From that point, my clients started asking me if I would meet them at their homes, public places, even hospitals. I absolutely love being a mobile notary public because I have the opportunity to help people as well as meet new people.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has absolutely been a smooth road for me and I am so thankful for that.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about A Touch Notary Services ?
I am a licensed/insured notary public. I specialize in witnessing the signing of important documents as well as verifying the identity of the signer and their awareness of the contents of the documents or transactions. I am a mobile notary public as well as a Pastor. I am so thankful to be in this industry because it has opened up doors to allow me to come in contact with so many people which also allows an opportunity to provide a listening ear and/or an opportunity to witness to people that may not know God.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson that I learned along my journey is to make sure that you stay current with your state regulations and pursue ongoing education. By doing that, you can venture out into other notary duties such as becoming an online notary as well as becoming a signing agent.
