Hi Olivia, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
My name is Olivia Feleke. I am a Real Estate Agent who works exclusively in the heart of Jacksonville, Florida. As a professional Real Estate Agent, my extensive knowledge of the current real estate market can help you or someone you know, whether you are buying or selling a home.
Before I undertook Real Estate, I was in the medical field which has molded me as a person. I have gained experience and insight in providing outstanding customer and patient service by anticipating clients’ needs. My medical field experience has definitely translated over to my real estate career. I have learned many values which I carry with me today. My husband who also is in the real estate field recommended that I give real estate a try and that I may like it as a full-time career.
I took a leap of faith and made the transition and here I am three years later. My goal is to always put my client’s interests first. It took me some time to really love and become passionate about my career, but after settling down and mastering my craft, I really grew into loving it! Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Real Estate has its ups and downs and the market is constantly changing. One of the keys to success is adaptability and continually educating yourself. The road has been smooth and beneficial so far. Thank God, my other half is in the business to guide and steer me the right way. So far there haven’t been any serious obstacles and I pray it stays that way!

I am a proud Real Estate Agent with Florida Homes Realty and Mortgage. I specialize in helping my clients (investors and homeowners) buy and sell properties in the Jacksonville area. These character traits set me apart and I am most proud that I operate my business this way.
