I’ve always been driven by an insatiable curiosity—a burning desire to understand how the world works, to uncover the stories behind people, places, and experiences. My life’s path has been beautifully intertwined with travel and adventure, each journey leaving its own unforgettable mark. I’m the kind of person who’s always eager to hear about your destination and ready to dive into every detail when you return. Whether it’s uncovering hidden gems or discovering the best local spots, I thrive on exploring the overlooked and unexpected.
This deep-seated curiosity inspired me to launch Mind at Ease Travel two years ago. What started as a passion for planning holidays and exploring options has grown into a career I adore—a way to share my love of travel while helping others craft unforgettable experiences. I enjoy being able to make even planning an adventure as relaxing as going on it.
Today, I get to turn dreams into reality, working hand-in-hand with clients to design holidays and events that are as unique as they are special. Whether it’s a once-in-a-lifetime getaway or a carefully planned celebration, I’m committed to making each journey truly exceptional. And the best part? We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Every profession comes with its challenges, and the travel industry is no exception. Like anyone else, I’ve faced my fair share of struggles, often learning as much from life as I do from my work—whether it’s helping my kids with their homework or navigating new professional hurdles. Looking back, I underestimated just how much I’d need to learn to excel in this field. But honestly? I’ve loved every minute of it.
Becoming a travel professional isn’t as simple as sitting at my computer booking flights. and hotels. The extensive training required to sell travel effectively has been eye-opening. From understanding the intricacies of cruise lines and accommodations to staying on top of evolving trends, there’s always more to absorb. That knowledge is what allows me to carefully match my clients with the perfect options, creating tailored experiences.
One challenge I’ve encountered is a common misconception: that the value of a travel agent lies solely in finding a better deal than what’s available online. While securing great value is part of the job, a travel agent’s real worth lies in their expertise, insight, and ability to anticipate needs. I have the tools and knowledge to uncover hidden opportunities, know when the best deals arise, and offer recommendations that elevate the entire experience—something no algorithm or search engine can replicate. Also, the computer program servicing will only go so far which is when I continue to support you as you plan, pack, leave and return.
At the end of the day, the rewards far outweigh the challenges. Knowing I’ve helped someone create memories that will last a lifetime makes every struggle, every late-night training session, and every lesson learned completely worth it.

My professional journey has been as diverse as it has been enriching. From studying as a Baking and Pastry major and managing restaurants to working for an international investment bank, each experience has taught me something valuable about myself—what I enjoy, where my strengths lie, and how I can best serve others.
One of my greatest strengths is organization. I have a knack for taking my clients’ ideas and transforming them into actionable plans. Whether crafting an itinerary or curating options, I approach every request as though I were planning the trip for myself—regardless of the budget. I believe in showing possibilities, often revealing that a luxurious upgrade might not be as out of reach as it seems.
My ultimate goal is to secure the best for my clients: the best values, the best service, and the best advice. I combine insight, experience, and a commitment to excellence to ensure every detail is handled with care. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a dream vacation, I strive to make the process seamless and the outcome extraordinary.
