Today we’d like to introduce you to Clinton Cohen III.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey has always blended faith, family, health, and business.
I have been drawn to technology and systems for as long as I can remember. That curiosity grew into building websites, developing digital strategies, and helping entrepreneurs create personal brands that actually reflect who they are. I love simplifying the complex and creating tools that help people move forward.
But my story really changed after surviving two heart attacks.
That experience forced me to reevaluate everything. Success stopped being about doing more and started being about stewarding my time, energy, and health well.
Walking became my foundation. Nothing intense, just consistent daily steps. It became my prayer time, my thinking time, my clarity time. And it taught me a lesson that now guides everything I do: small daily actions compound into big change.
That is what led me to create STRIDE Together, a walking community that helps busy professionals build healthier lives through simple systems and accountability. At the same time, I use AI and digital tools to help entrepreneurs streamline their work and reclaim their time.
Today, my mission is simple. Help people grow their health, their brand, and their impact.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all. It has definitely been a road with some sharp turns.
The biggest challenge was my health. I used to operate with a “push harder” mindset, always grinding, always moving. But that pace was not sustainable. It caught up with me.
Those seasons humbled me and changed my definition of success. I realized that building businesses and helping others means very little if you are not healthy enough to enjoy it.
At the same time, balancing family, entrepreneurship, and personal growth often felt overwhelming. For years, I thought I just needed more discipline. Eventually I learned it was not about willpower, it was about better design and better systems.
Those struggles shaped everything I do now. Walking daily, simplifying my life, and using smart tools like AI to remove friction instead of adding pressure.
So it has not been smooth, but every obstacle gave me clarity and purpose.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I lead STRIDE Together, a walking community that helps busy professionals improve their health through simple, consistent daily movement. At the same time, I help entrepreneurs build clear personal brands, create professional websites, and use AI powered workflows to simplify their work and reclaim their time.
I specialize in turning complexity into clarity. Whether it is health habits or business systems, my focus is always the same: make it simple, sustainable, and realistic for real life.
What I am most proud of is seeing people finally feel momentum, getting healthier, launching their ideas, and feeling more in control of their time. What sets me apart is that everything I teach is practical and lived out daily. I believe progress does not come from hype or intensity, it comes from consistent small steps done well.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I see the next 5 to 10 years being defined by clarity over noise and systems over hustle.
In both health and business, people are moving away from flashy trends and quick fixes. The future belongs to approaches that are simple, sustainable, and rooted in consistency. We are already seeing it with wellness habits like walking and basic movement being valued more than extreme programs, because those are the things people can actually stick with long term.
In the digital space, AI is going to be one of the biggest shifts. Not because it replaces people, but because it will redefine how we work. The organizations and entrepreneurs who learn to use AI and smart workflows to remove friction and automate repetitive tasks will win back time and space for deeper thinking, creativity, and meaningful connection.
Personal branding will also continue to matter, but it will favor clarity and authenticity over polished perfection. Audiences are getting savvier; they respond to real people with real processes, not just staged posts or polished personas.
What ties all of this together is a movement toward intentional living. People want systems that help them grow without burning out, habits that improve their lives without overwhelming them, and tools that help them do more of what matters.
The next decade will be less about doing everything and more about doing what matters well.
