Drawn to the mystical allure of sound frequencies, I found myself captivated by the resonance long before understanding the true power of sound alchemy. In a remarkably short time, the sound bowls shifted something energetically within me; it was as if my spirit found its rhythm, my nervous system softened, and a new resonance enveloped me.

A Spark Ignites a Path

That moment, that spark, ignited a path of learning, practicing, and sharing. What began as intimate gatherings for friends and small groups organically grew into something more expansive and impactful than I initially imagined.
My personal exploration evolved into a soul mission: creating a sanctuary of sound where others can experience profound shifts and embodied transformation.

Through Zen Vida Alchemy, I offer an array of experiences designed to nurture and transform. These include monthly community sound baths, immersive breath and sound alchemy journeys, and private sessions for both individuals and groups. These offerings are designed to gently realign your energy, awaken your inner wisdom, and energetically support integration on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, ensuring a holistic journey towards balance and harmony.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Carrying this growing collection of instruments is no small task — every event means packing, traveling, setting up, and tending to these instruments like they’re extensions of my own heart. Yet every ounce of effort disappears the moment the sound frequencies fill a space. Watching faces soften, shoulders drop, and hearts open makes it all worth it. The instruments may be heavy, but the joy of sharing them always feels light.

Through Zen Vida Alchemy sound baths, I create spaces where people can pause, release, and reconnect. I specialize in intuitive sound bath experiences that blend therapeutic sound frequencies, breath, and energy alchemy.

Through the sacred weaving of frequency, energetic transmission, and heartfelt presence, I create soundscapes that resonate beyond the senses. Looking ahead, I’m excited to expand in ways that amplify impact:

Sacred Space: One of my core visions is to open a dedicated sanctuary — a spacious studio for Zen Vida Alchemy. This space with serve as a hub for community, connections, and collaboration with local creatives and facilitators. As our community continues to grow and events often sell out, this will allow for larger community events, immersive retreats, and co-created experiences.

Every time someone leaves a session saying, “That was exactly what I needed,” I’m reminded why I do this. Zen Vida Alchemy is more than sound baths — it’s about weaving community, supporting one another, and creating sacred spaces where we rise together.
