Today we’d like to introduce you to Adrienne Talbert.
Hi Adrienne, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I have enjoyed working since 2001 in North Florida assisting individuals, families, and caregivers with home and community base resource options to maintain independence, safety and support. My diverse professional background in the medical, social work, psychiatric, case management and rehabilitation direct care services allows me to plan the best care for individuals as they age in place. My WHY is my faith, family and love for helping others.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I enjoy all aspects of my past jobs and present which has led me to where i am today as a Senior Advisor for Oasis. The struggle currently can be at times finding seniors and families placement when they do not have the financial stability or if their health is poor but that is when I rely on my strong community partnerships to assist such as hospice, home health care, private duty care, short term rehabilitation, etc. Coordination of care is very important in my role as seniors and families need and deserve reliable, honest, loving support to help manage their lives into the next phase of senior living.
