Today we’d like to introduce you to Timothy Taylor.
Hi Timothy, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’ve been in the HVAC industry since 2001. I started as a helper in my dad’s company right out of high school and learned everything on the job — installs, service calls, troubleshooting, customer service — truly from the ground up.
Through years of hard work and growth, I became part owner of the business. That experience gave me not only technical knowledge but also leadership and business insight.
In early 2025, I earned my Class B license — something I had worked toward for a long time. Shortly after, our family made the decision to relocate to Jacksonville so our son could attend a special education school that better supports him. That meant stepping away from the business and starting my own company here.
It’s been a challenging transition, but it reflects who I am — I’m willing to take risks and make sacrifices for what matters most. Professionally, I’m experienced, licensed, and business-minded. Personally, I’m resilient, adaptable and committed.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Leaving a family business and the place where we grew up was a challenge in its self. We grew up in a rural area so moving to Jacksonville has been quite an adjustmen for us. Starting a business in a unfamiliar city has been a big challenge.

I’m a one man show that has 25 years experience in the HVAC business. I like the challenge of fixing a piece of equipment. But I do also understand the importance of routine maintenance and service. I enjoy working on home air conditioning systems as well as light commercial systems. I try to be diligent in my work while being thorough in troubleshooting the issue.
We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
I have a identical twin brother. He loves to farm.
In high school I was on the Suwannee FFA Ag Mechanic team. We won state and competed nationally but didn’t place in the top ten.
FFA taught me alot about order, discipline, and hardwork.
