Community Highlights: Meet Nata Salvatori of Accidental CEO

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nata Salvatori

Hi Nata, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
A Journey of Resilience and Entrepreneurship:
I was born and raised in Brazil, where I developed a love for volleyball and education. By the age of 15, I was living on my own, playing professional volleyball, and dreaming of a college degree—something that was difficult to achieve due to financial constraints. My journey took an unexpected turn when a misdirected email led me to the United States with a full scholarship to play volleyball, despite knowing very little English.
From there, my life has been a series of challenges and triumphs, including dropping out of college twice due to lost scholarships, navigating life as an immigrant in the U.S., and eventually earning a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with dual board certifications. However, it was my passion for photography, ignited by a simple desire to document my children’s lives, that led me to a new career as a wedding photographer.
Within just a few years, I scaled my photography business to six figures, even during the pandemic, and launched a successful app called Timeline Pro for wedding photographers and planners. Today, I’m a multi-business owner, a photography educator, and a dedicated coach for other entrepreneurs, all while balancing my role as a wife and mother.

Why This Story Matters:

My story is one of resilience, determination, and the belief that success is attainable with the right mindset and hard work. It’s a testament to the power of embracing change, learning from every challenge, and staying true to one’s values. I believe your readers will find my journey not only relatable but also motivating, especially in today’s world where entrepreneurship is more accessible than ever, yet still daunting for many.
I would love the opportunity to share my story in more detail with your audience, whether through an interview, feature article. I believe it could inspire many who are navigating their own entrepreneurial paths.
Thank you for considering my story. I look forward to the possibility of collaborating with you to bring this narrative to a wider audience.

Here’s what is on my website:
Born in Brazil, I came to the US in 2003 with $30 to my name and not enough English to even order food at a restaurant. I was a student-athlete sent here on scholarship. I knew I wanted to do something to help people, but I always saw myself as physical therapist.

And I was!

I spent 10 incredible years as a physical therapist and speaker. But after marrying my husband and having our 2 beautiful girls, things started to shift for me. I was technically a successful physical therapist – booked out and busy. So, so busy! I was tired of having to say no to showing up to school functions. I hated being stuck inside all day where the only cap I was wearing was a cap on my time and income.

I was ready to take on something more creative. I knew I wanted to have more freedom to be flexible around my girls’ schedules and show them the world. I couldn’t do that while attending to my patients, running the physical therapy office, and building out their new scheduling system.

Cue the camera and photographer business coaching
Fast forward to now and I’ve hung up my scrubs for a life of traveling the world as a destination wedding photographer and photography educator. I’ve built multiple six-figure businesses from my small home office in Jacksonville, FL. And I’m most proud of the fact I’ve done all this – literally pivoted my career and lifestyle – while staying true to my original dream of helping people while doing something I’m passionate about.

The thing is…I’m not some super-genius or particularly lucky. I worked my ass off to be the badass my girls can look up to. And if I can make it, so can you!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s never a smooth road. You have to be ready to adapt and change as needed. I left a career where I had a doctoral degree and a lot of professional recognition to start a business that was self-taught. I had to have a lot of confidence and resilience to be successful.

We’ve been impressed with Accidental CEO, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Creative entrepreneurship is such a freedom industry – you can sail around the globe or work straight in your hometown. But so many entrepreneurs struggle to make a full-time income. (Sound familiar?) You’ve got the talent and passion, but running a business is a whole other skill most of us didn’t go to school for.

I help creative entrepreneurs who:
– Crave accountability so their goals get done
– Hate fluff and want the exact steps to streamline their workflows
– Love their family and friends but need someone who will tell them feedback from experience
– Desire true connection and mentorship with someone who’s investing in their success
– Wants to learn from a multi-business, multi-six-figure entrepreneur who’s been there already

Let me shine a light on what you need to know to set up the most profitable business. Each business is unique and needs to focus on the same areas but in a different way. We will create a vision for the business of your dreams, that will allow you to live the life of your dreams, and we will get to work.

My focus is 1:1 Coaching so I can tailor the experience to each client.
