Hi Micah, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey into esthetics started with a genuine passion for skin and helping people feel confident in their own skin. I always knew I wanted to do something hands on, results driven, and personal and esthetics naturally became that path for me.
I began my career working in a cosmetic surgery office, where I gained experience not only in skincare treatments, but also in patient care, post-procedure healing, and advanced skin knowledge. That environment really shaped my approach, because I became focused on corrective, results oriented treatments while still creating a calming, supportive experience for every client.
As I grew in the industry, I realized I wanted to create something that felt more aligned with my vision. something more intentional, personalized, and elevated. That’s what led me to start Fiore Botanica Esthetics.
Fiore Botanica is a reflection of everything I love about skincare: a balance of results and relaxation, with a strong focus on lymphatic drainage, skin health, and customized treatments. My goal is to create a space where clients not only see real improvements in their skin, but also feel taken care of, educated, and confident long after they leave.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting out, one of the biggest challenges was stepping into doing everything on my own. Going from working in a structured environment to running my own business meant I suddenly had to wear every hat by being the esthetician, marketer, receptionist, content creator, and business manager all at once. That learning curve was overwhelming at times. But every challenge pushed me to grow, not just in skill, but in confidence. It taught me how to market myself, connect with clients on a deeper level, and truly stand behind the value of what I offer. Looking back, those struggles were necessary to build Fiore Botanica into something that feels authentic, intentional, and sustainable.

Fiore Botanica Esthetics is a results-driven skincare studio focused on corrective, customized treatments that support long-term skin health. I specialize in creating personalized experiences that go beyond the surface by targeting concerns like acne, aging, and overall skin function rather than quick fixes.
I’m especially known for my Signature Lymphatic Drainage Facial, which helps reduce puffiness, improve circulation, and give the skin a naturally sculpted, radiant look. It’s a treatment that blends both visible results and relaxation, which really reflects my overall approach.
What sets Fiore Botanica apart is the balance between results and experience. Every treatment is tailored, and my goal is for clients to not only see real changes in their skin, but also feel educated, cared for, and confident.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of how intentional everything is from the treatments to the environment. The space has a moody, botanical feel that creates a calm, elevated experience while still staying rooted in real skin results.
Ultimately, I want people to know this is more than just a facial it’s a personalized approach to achieving healthy, lasting skin.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
I’m happiest when I see my clients gain confidence in their skin because it’s more than just results, it’s how they feel after. I also love creating, whether it’s treatments, my space, or my brand. It all feels really personal and meaningful to me.
