Hi Fred, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I worked for a couple local companies , running work and working on getting my license. After learning the estimating and bidding process I decided it was time to try this on my own ..
We opened the company in 1989 with a small electrical service department and went into commercial larger jobs shortly after.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Over the years we’ve learned nothing can be taken for granted. From the housing market crash , coved pandemic to the market just slowing the landscape is constantly changing. Basically you have to adjust to the market available.

We offer a broad range of services in the electrical and Air Conditioning field ; mostly catering to the public. We pride ourselves on quality efficient service at a reasonable price. We try not to over sell the needs of the customer , yet not allow an issue to be over looked.
We offer a 10 year labor and material on all new air conditioning systems . In addition to great financing terms this should help anyone replace an old lesser efficient system , with a new higher efficiency system saving thousands in power consumption.
What are your plans for the future?
We have recently added several younger mangers, which means a newer fresh look, at marketing and innovative installation techniques.
