Hi Ermi, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
ErmiSees was created from a simple mission: to help people reconnect with themselves, trust their intuition, and find healing through spiritual connection.
As a Psychic Medium, Spiritual Advisor, Mentor, and Educator, I provide evidential mediumship readings, intuitive guidance, spiritual development mentorship, and mediumship training for individuals at every stage of their journey. Whether someone is seeking a connection with a loved one in spirit, clarity during a life transition, or guidance in developing their own gifts, my goal is to create a safe and empowering space for growth and transformation.
Over the years, my work has grown far beyond private readings. I have built a thriving community through social media, live events, courses, workshops, mentorship programs, and The Unlocking, my online spiritual community where people from around the world come together to learn, connect, and support one another.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it definitely has not been a smooth road.
Like many people who step into this work, one of my biggest struggles was learning to trust myself. For years, I questioned my experiences and wondered if what I was sensing was real. Coming from a medical background as a Neonatal and Pediatric ICU nurse, I was trained to rely on facts, evidence, and what could be measured. Embracing my intuitive abilities required me to bridge two very different worlds and learn that both could exist together.
Another challenge was navigating my own spiritual awakening. I spent much of my life viewing the world through a specific lens, and there came a point when I had to reevaluate beliefs I had held for years. That process was not always comfortable. It required a lot of self reflection, healing, and the courage to step into the unknown.
There were also moments when people did not understand the path I was choosing. When you begin living authentically, not everyone comes with you. I had to learn that growth sometimes means outgrowing relationships, expectations, and versions of yourself that no longer fit who you are becoming.
Building a business from the ground up brought its own set of challenges as well. Behind every reading, class, workshop, and piece of content is a lot of hard work, long hours, and dedication. There were moments of self doubt, setbacks, and times when I questioned whether I was making the right decisions. But each challenge taught me resilience and reinforced why I started in the first place.
Looking back, I would not change any of it. The struggles shaped me into the person I am today. They taught me compassion, strengthened my faith in myself, and gave me a deeper understanding of the people I now serve. Because I have walked through uncertainty, grief, transformation, and personal growth myself, I can meet others where they are and help guide them through their own journey.
The road has not been easy, but it has been incredibly meaningful. Every obstacle became part of the foundation that allows me to do this work today.

What makes my approach unique is the combination of my healthcare background and my spiritual work. Before stepping fully into this field, I spent years as a Neonatal and Pediatric ICU nurse. Supporting families through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives taught me compassion, empathy, and the importance of meeting people exactly where they are. Those experiences continue to shape how I serve my clients today. I bring both a grounded perspective and a heart centered approach to every session, class, and mentorship experience.
Over the years, my work has grown far beyond private readings. I have built a thriving community through social media, live events, courses, workshops, mentorship programs, and The Unlocking, my online spiritual community where people from around the world come together to learn, connect, and support one another. One of my greatest passions is teaching others how to recognize and develop their own intuitive abilities because I believe these gifts are not reserved for a select few. They can be cultivated with practice, trust, and guidance.
What I am most proud of is the impact my brand has had on people’s lives. Watching someone gain confidence in their abilities, experience healing after connecting with a loved one in spirit, or finally feel understood on their spiritual journey is incredibly rewarding. Those moments remind me why I do this work.
More than anything, I want readers to know that ErmiSees is about empowerment. While mediumship is a significant part of what I do, my mission extends beyond delivering messages from spirit. It is about helping people trust themselves, embrace their authentic path, and realize they are far more capable and connected than they may believe. My work is not about creating dependency. It is about giving people the tools, confidence, and support to step into their own power and create meaningful change in their lives.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
So many people move through life disconnected from themselves, questioning their worth, ignoring their intuition, or feeling lost after experiencing grief, trauma, or major life changes. If my work can help someone find healing, gain clarity, or trust themselves again, then I feel I have fulfilled my purpose.
Connection also matters deeply to me. Whether it is connecting families with loved ones in spirit, helping someone reconnect with their inner voice, or building communities where people feel seen and understood, I believe genuine connection has the power to transform lives. Throughout my career, both as a Neonatal and Pediatric ICU nurse and now as a Spiritual Advisor and Psychic Medium, I have witnessed how important it is for people to feel supported during life’s most challenging moments.
I am also passionate about education and empowerment. One of the reasons I love teaching mediumship and spiritual development is because I want people to realize they are more capable than they think. I do not believe my role is to give people all the answers. I believe my role is to help them discover their own answers, strengthen their confidence, and trust their own inner guidance.
At the end of the day, success for me is not measured by numbers, followers, or recognition. It is measured by impact. If someone leaves a reading with hope, a student leaves a class believing in themselves, or a person feels less alone because of something I shared, that is what matters most to me. Those are the moments that make everything worthwhile.
