Zaira Druding Sánchez, born and raised in the Dominican Republic, created Sun-Sand-Spirit-DR by inspiration and appreciation of the true beauty of her motherland. She has been a natural adventurer since childhood, living and exploring every corner of the Island. Years later, she moved to the USA and became a wife and Mompreneur. Still, the love of her Island never left her spirit as she continued to travel back home to visit with the family and realized a need to showcase global travelers to the Dominican Republic. Its beautiful landscapes, secluded spots, and hidden gems were never seen in one site. With a background in International Logistics, she started to design and host bespoke trips for friends and family travelers to explore the finest and the richness of the Island. She strives to partner with top hotel brands and to have extensive knowledge operating meticulously to provide the privileges along with the warm hospitality that all the partners in the network are pleased to offer, as well as the primary purpose— to bring recognition of cultural and authenticity of the Dominican heritage. As a result of her dedication and for receiving the community’s support, she is thrilled to expand new horizons and open more destinations across the world to Go Beyond! Also, Zaira created Soul & Senses to contribute to the community on the spiritual and holistic journey. She partners with amazing, gifted healers and facilitators in the USA and the world. She uses her intensive knowledge to create, curate, and execute wellness retreats and events that nourish the Soul & Senses! She devoted herself to continuing her mission to embrace the greatness of the Island by designing remarkable experiences for world travelers. With immense gratitude, the road has been smooth. Indeed, some challenges have been encountered, but I always have an open mind, innerstanding, and acceptance, allowing me to take care of the things I can control and let them be the ones that are not meant to be!

I have the skills to create visions, curate journeys, organize experiential adventures, and motivate people to travel. I specialize in putting together pieces and elements with a pure heart intention, focusing on a theme or occasion to ignite the desire to live an experience or participate in events and retreats. The way I am driven and get inspired is not to call it a business; even though it can generate earnings and is turning into a professional life, I feel it is a mission, a devotion to contributing to the collective, and the greatest cause for the community fulfillment in togetherness.
Networking and finding a mentor can positively impact one’s life and career. Any advice?
I am very honored to work with an extraordinary team of trainers and facilitators within the Conscious Community. The whole team is my mentor; they inspire me to design a Wellness and Transformational Journey from an entire individual and collective perspective to benefit our community. I truly believe in creating, achieving, and embracing the power of togetherness!
