Hi Kris, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I am an Occupational Therapist who after 15 years of working in homecare realized we are not addressing the root cause of senior falls by looking at the home and instead expect them to exercise to avoid falls and obstacles. This approach has not worked for years and will continue to add undo burden on caregivers and seniors if we do not change.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?

I help seniors make their homes safer and falls free so they can age in place successfully. I am proud to be part of the solution and no longer part of the problem. This includes being the President of the Westside Senior Enrichment Council where we raise money to help seniors get sensible modifications to their homes.
Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Meet with someone in your sphere of influence at least twice a week to build your brand / awareness.
