Hi Ashley, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Baker’s Table Co started really simply, with me putting together boards for friends and family because I loved creating food that brought people together. I’ve always been drawn to the beauty of a well-designed table and the way food creates time and space for people to gather intentionally. Over time, those small get-togethers grew into a passion for curating elevated grazing experiences where every flavor, texture, and detail feels thoughtful. What began as a fun hobby has grown into a business that allows me to share that same sense of warmth and hospitality with others across North Central Florida.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like most small businesses, it hasn’t always been a smooth road. When I first started Baker’s Table Co, I was learning everything from sourcing ingredients and balancing pricing to managing bookings and logistics—all while trying to maintain the level of quality and creativity I wanted to be known for. There were seasons of trial and error, long nights, and plenty of lessons learned. But every challenge has helped me grow, refine my process, and serve my customers better. Looking back, those early hurdles were what shaped Baker’s Table Co into what it is today.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
At Baker’s Table Co, I specialize in creating elevated grazing experiences that bring people together. From intimate gatherings to large celebrations, I curate charcuterie boards and grazing tables that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Each spread is thoughtfully designed, with every flavor, texture, and color chosen to complement one another and create that “wow” moment when guests arrive.

I think what sets Baker’s Table Co apart is the level of intention behind each board. I don’t just arrange food; I design experiences that feel warm, inviting, and elevated. I’m most proud of how our tables make people pause and connect — to slow down, share a bite, and enjoy being together. It’s more than just food; it’s about creating moments of hospitality and beauty that people remember.

We know that hosting can be a lot—planning, prepping, and making sure everything feels just right. The mission and heart behind Baker’s Table Co is to come alongside our customers and take care of the details, so they can be fully present with the people around their table.
