Meet Mikayla Müller of Nira Müller

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mikayla Müller.

Hi Mikayla, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started a fashion line at 20 years old. I was always interested in fashion and grew up around it. My great-grandmother designed and sold custom couture pieces, as did my grandmother, so design and craftsmanship were always a part of my life. At 20, I decided to start my own line, and since then we have continued to grow. Today we are expanding the brand globally, with a goal to be present across three continents by the beginning of the new year. The brand has also expanded into men’s, women’s, children’s, skincare, makeup, bridal, and accessories. All of our products are made in Europe while headquarters remain in New York City

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
For the most part, the journey has felt smooth and steady. However, we did face challenges, building a team that could meet our high standards, using materials worthy of our vision, and growing the brand at a swift pace while preserving a unified aesthetic. Each of those moments didn’t deter us they clarified our values, strengthened our foundation, and have helped shape the brand into what it is today.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Nira Müller?
I founded the brand from a love of elegance and couture, because it was hard to find pieces crafted with the care I believed in. Every item is hand-sewn, which is something I’m deeply proud of. We also made a conscious choice to develop our beauty and skincare line as a ‘clean’ collection prioritising non-toxic ingredients, transparency and thoughtful formulations so our consumers can feel as good about what they apply as what they wear. That attention to craftsmanship, quality and design is what truly sets us apart.

Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
Yes absolutely. I rely on the Bible as my foundational resources for life and work. It’s both a guide and a grounding source: Scriptures offer wisdom for everyday decisions, encouragement during challenges, and clarity of purpose.
