Today we’d like to introduce you to Francisco Bustos.
Hi Francisco, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I had a carryout restaurant, but things are not easy for small businesses, and after one year, I finally sold it losing a lot of money, before going into bankruptcy.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Struggles with rent, inspections, employees, enough fault business to pay expenses, and more.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I do many different things to make living. I studied graphic design, I work in a newspaper as a graphic designer for many years.
When the paper lay off most of its employees I decided to go into real estate… I also bought a restaurant. Now, I learned how to cook and I work in a hospital and a nursing home as a cook. I do real estate on my day off if possible.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
Playing with my neighbors on the street most days after school.
