Today we’d like to introduce you to Lazaro Toledo.
Lazaro, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I did property and casualty insurance for three years. I owned half of a bright way agency in Orange Park. I decided to sell my part of the agency and transition to a mortgage broker.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road. My first three deals in March fell through for different reasons. It was a bit demoralizing, but I was able to bounce back from that.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a mortgage broker and we specialize in providing various options for home loans. I am proud that we can shop deals for clients to find the one that best fits them.
We have 35 lenders, and only 1 fee of $895, I am dedicated to helping our clients in the best way possible. I am available via email, phone call, or text
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I definitely take risks and I am not too worried about it. A risk that I took was selling my part of our insurance agency to become a mortgage broker
