Check Out Karli Beverly’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Karli Beverly.

Hi Karli, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I would have to say that it all began growing up in the Riverside area of Jacksonville, FL.

When I was young I would marvel at the esthetics of the historic homes in our area and fell in love with architecture and the arts. I dreamed of becoming a designer or an architect.

As many of us know, life doesn’t always go as you planned, and a couple of years after high school, my husband and I started a family. We were thrown into managing career paths and focusing on what was best for our young family.

Once he earned his degree, I was faced with the decision of what I wanted to pursue in my career life. While I LOVE being a wife and a mom of three, I felt I needed to do something else in my life that defined me as a person. “You should get your Real Estate license, you would kill it!”

These are the words that changed the trajectory of my career forever (said by my now, broker). While it wasn’t exactly what I envisioned, it was closer to achieving that goal for myself without being stuck to a strict schedule. After obtaining my real estate license in Florida and Georgia, I went on to sell real estate from Jacksonville, FL all the way to Richmond Hill, GA.

I have grown to absolute fall in love with the people I get to meet every day from all different backgrounds and achieve their goals for generations to come. I was voted by readers of the Georgia Tribune Camden County BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT 2019 & 2020, earning Distinguished Performance for the Camden/Charlton Board of Realtors two years in a row, and Top Producer for Crest Realty GA/FL!

This past year, I went back to real estate school and now have my Brokers license in FL and GA, making me an Associate Broker with this amazing company. None of which would have been possible without the undying support of my husband, family, and friends.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
With a constantly fluctuating real estate market, this job never comes easy but it is not a job when it is something I am passionate about.

Bumps are a part of life and this career, at times, can be very discouraging. Dealing with people is never an easy task, but I think learning to lead with grace and a clean heart in everyday life has really helped me overcome most issues.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
From Southern belles to middle eastern immigrants, my family is an eclectic bunch, and despite their varying outlooks they encourage and support my growth along the way.

They have allowed me to experience different cultures which define the way I approach people in everyday life. I come from a place of understanding, and truly just want to help people. As I mentioned before, I love the design and really enjoy helping people add value to the home they are looking to sell or give vision to buyers that are struggling to look past the mess.

I sell real- estate, which is all-encompassing, but I am most passionate about residential investments. Coming to an agreement with anyone can be challenging but I always make a point to make sure my clients feel respected and heard!

What do you like and dislike about the city?
DIVERSITY. From Historic Springfield, modern Southside, to the farms on the Westside there is something for everyone. My favorite spot would have to be Avondale or Ortega, and the lifestyle and architecture it brings.

My least favorite attribute may be how crowded the city has become, but that is the introvert in me!
