Carlos, originally from Havana, Cuba, brought his deep-rooted passion for cigars to life, while Hannah, born and raised in St. Augustine, had a vision to create something meaningful and unique for their hometown and beyond.
Together, we built Fire & Ash to be more than just a mobile cigar lounge — we created an experience. From weddings and corporate events to golf tournaments and private celebrations, we’ve become the go-to for luxury cigar experiences in Florida. Our curated cigar subscription boxes and unforgettable event setups are designed to elevate every moment and create lasting memories.
Today, Fire & Ash is proud to be top of mind when it comes to premium cigar services, and our goal is to expand nationwide — becoming the one-stop shop for all things cigars, no matter where you are.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s been an incredibly smooth and well-received journey. From day one, the response from our community has been nothing but positive, and that’s made all the difference. Having such a unique business is what makes it fun — it never feels like work. For us, Fire & Ash isn’t just a business; it’s a passion and a lifestyle.
