Hi Tesh, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started my catering/private chef business during the pandemic, cooking meals for friends and family as a way to stay creative and connected during uncertain times. What began as a passion quickly grew into a thriving business through word of mouth, fueled by my commitment to delivering high-quality, flavorful food. Growing up, I watched my mother run her own catering business, and that early exposure helped shape my vision. I’ve built my brand by offering a unique, luxury culinary experience, staying professional, and remaining focused every step of the way.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road, like any business there have been challenges along the way. Starting during the pandemic came with its own set of obstacles, from navigating supply shortages to building a client base in uncertain times. But each challenge pushed me to adapt, grow, and stay resilient.
The support from my community and family created the drive to uphold a high standard of service ttat allowed me overcome those hurdles and continue moving forward.
We’ve been impressed with Xclusive Eats Catering, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is a private chef and catering company that specializes in creating unforgettable, high end dining experiences. I’m known for delivering flavorful, beautifully presented dishes that reflect both creativity and quality.
What truly sets my brand apart is the personalized, luxury experience I offer. Every menu is tailored to fit the unique taste and style of each client, whether it’s an intimate dinner, a celebration, or a large-scale event.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of providing private chef services for several professional athletes, which has helped elevate my brand even further. I’ve also been catering for college football and basketball recruitment and booster events for the past four years, building strong relationships through consistency, professionalism, and excellence.
I take pride in maintaining high standards and attention to detail in everything I do. When clients book with me, they’re not just getting a meal, they’re getting an elevated, memorable experience crafted with passion and purpose.

What matters most to me are my two children. They are my biggest motivation and the reason I push myself every single day. Being a parent has taught me the value of patience, purpose, and perseverance.
My relationship with God also plays a huge role in my life and business. It keeps me grounded, focused, and reminded of the bigger picture.
My business is another major priority because it’s a reflection of my passion, hard work, and legacy. Everything I do is rooted in love, faith, and the drive to create a better future for my family.
