I was tired of neglecting my health and watching everyone around me die from health issues. Through that pain First Choice Nutrition was born. Your health and wellness should be your First Choice!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been a roller coaster, but we’re still on the ride. The pandemic shut us down, we moved out of first location. Through it all we remained resilient and our customers stayed loyal. We did online challenges, zoom accountability sessions, and I delivered and ship products to ensure they had what they needed maintain a Healthy Active Lifestyle.

I am the Co-Owner of the Savannah Falcons Semi-Pro Football team. I am a certified Health Coach and Nutritionist. We specialize in Cellular Nutrition as a whole. We offer complimentary wellness assessments and complimentary fitness classes. What sets us apart is that our products and facility are for the everyday individual. It doesn’t matter what your level of fitness is or where you are on your health journey. We have a products or classes to accommodate you. We teach you how to eat to live!
What do you like and dislike about the city?
I’m originally from Savannah Georgia by way of Durham North Carolina and what I like most about Jacksonville is the city and its history. I’ve always wanted to live in Florida and I landed here and I’m here to stay.
