My journey to founding Luxe Wix® Candle Co. was driven by both personal experience and a simple desire to create something that brought people peace and relaxation. Like many others, I was frustrated by the harsh chemicals and artificial scents found in most candles. After experiencing firsthand how some candles triggered headaches due to harmful ingredients, I knew there had to be a better way. So, I decided to create my own line—one that offered soothing fragrances without any harmful ingredients. What started in my kitchen as a way to share something I loved quickly grew into a thriving business. Today, Luxe Wix® is more than just a candle company—it’s a brand that prioritizes wellness and self-care through thoughtfully handcrafted products.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
While I’ve been fortunate to experience many rewarding moments along the way, the road to founding Luxe Wix Candle Co. has definitely had its challenges. One of the biggest struggles was navigating the complexities of sourcing quality ingredients and ensuring that every product met my standards for both safety and effectiveness. It took a lot of trial and error, but with persistence, I was able to create a product I truly believe in. Another challenge was growing the brand and building awareness, especially in a competitive market. Today, Luxe Wix stands strong because of those struggles, and they’ve made the journey all the more meaningful.

How do you define success?
For me, success isn’t just about sales numbers or growth—though those are important—it’s about the impact we have on our customers’ lives. Success is measured by how our products and brand contribute to the well-being of those who use them. It’s about seeing our customers return, sharing their stories, and knowing that Luxe Wix has helped them create a space of calm and relaxation. Building a brand people trust is what matters most, and when our customers experience that sense of peace, that’s when I know we’ve truly succeeded.
